Returns and Exchanges
We allow returns and exchanges on all products except saddles,consignment items, and clearance. The buyer must pay any and all shipping charges to send the items back to us. Our return address is 9444 Indian Reserve Rd Alpena MI 49707. The Purple Spur and it's owners/employees have the right to not accept or issue a refund on any returns or exchanges.
- Allowed on all products except saddles, consignment items, and clearance
- Refunded amount will be the exact price item was purchased for
- Initial shipping charges will not be refunded
- Items will only be accepted if they are in original condition (including all packaging they were purchased with)
- Refunds will not be issued if item has visually been worn, is destroyed, tattered, torn, discolored, faded, etc
- Exchanges will only be allowed if we carry the new product you are requesting in stock, if it is not currently in stock and will not be replenished, a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping) will be issued
Please allow up to 10-14 business days for processing on all refunds or exchanges. Our customers are responsible for tracking and insuring all return products. The Purple Spur Tack Store will not be held liable for items lost in processing on their way back to us for returns or exchanges. This exchange and return policy may change at any time and is up to our discretion.
