Horses on the Rise is a 4H horse show that is held in Alpena, MI. We focus on helping youth flourish and learn equestrianism in a positive and supportive environment.
Your dollars would help us to hire quality judges that provide feedback, as well as awards that remind the recipients that hard work does pay off.
